Sarah, the owner always accommodates me and seems very professional. My concern with any and every groomer is the general lack of knoledge concerning anatomy and the problems of specific dog breeds and individual animals. As a medical school professor and someone who sees or hears of terrible stories from some "highly respected" groomers, I feel duty bound yo try to let Sarah know the individual problems of each of my dogs. With this in mind, I might suggest that Sarah asks about the problems of each animal and takes some spare time to read up about the individual breeds. I am sure she will enjoy such reading and gain all the business she deserves.
I would like to think Sarah will find the possibility to give discounts, that may be tax deductible, to the elderly, disabled or other persons with special needs. Perhaps even for those with service dogs used for those with seizures, emotional needs (PTSD for one example), or other less commonly recognized conditions.
My strongest support of Sarah and her groomers comes however from my dogs. They always return home happy and full of thee joys of life. That has not ways been the case in the past. Apart from that, they enjoy the, for me, exceptionally long drive to visit with Sarah.
On a personal note, this review is no more than a reflection of our texts and conversations. Thank you, Sarah, you are much appreciated and recommended!
